72 Grafton Street is an existing historic building located in the central retail area of Dublin City. The building is located within an architectural conservation area. (ACA). It is the employers intent to refurbish the building, maximize lettable area and provide an attractive offering to potential tenants.
Key to marketing the building will be the uninterrupted view of the existing vaulted ceiling from Grafton Street. This is to be achieved by means of a double height entrance space.
