		Gerry McIntyre Managing Director With over 25 years experience, Gerry is the co-founder of M&P Construction Ltd. With an engineering background, Gerry is a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland. Gerry is responsible for the overall growth, development and promotion of the Group.

		Martin Walshe Co-Founder, Group Financial Director With an extensive background in engineering, a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland, and over 30 years experience in both professional and construction aspects, Martin combines his role as group financial director, and is also Managing Director of Walmac Demolition.

		Paul O’Connor BSc Surv; Dip.Con.Econ; Dip.Con.Tech; ICIOB Quantity Surveyor Paul has 10 years experience in both professional and construction Quantity Surveying. Paul jointly manages the company’s Surveying Department, providing cost management for construction projects from inception through to final account; his qualifications include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying (Honours), a Diploma in Construction Economics and a diploma in Construction Technology with a IOSH Accredited Certificate in Managing Safety for Construction Managers. Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

		Cathal McDermott Contracts Manager Cathal has over 12 years experience in the construction industry. He is a qualified Engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (honours) and a Diploma in Civil Engineering, a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland, and is responsible for the overall co-ordination of project site management. .

		Lorraine Reynolds Company Secretary Lorraine joined the company in June 1994, she brings 20 years of industry experience to the group. She has being involved all aspects of construction. Lorraine was appointed Company Secretary in 2000 by the Board of Directors. She has played an intrinsic roll in the development of the company from its inception. She is primarily responsible for Managing the Groups HR, IT Legal and administration while combining her duties as Company Secretary.

		Brian Flemming Health & Safety Officer With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Brian is our senior Health & Safety Officer. His objective is to ensure complete compliance with Health & Safety regulations

		Tadhg Kenny Senior Purchasing Officer With over 10 years experience in purchasing, as well as a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Purchasing and Materials Management, Tadhg is responsible for the purchasing of all materials and plant.
