M&P Group was founded in 1993 by Gerry McIntyre
and Martin Walshe. Having grown at double-digit rates
throughout the 1990’s, M&P Group now has
a turnover of circa €100 million per annum. The
Group is privileged to work with some of Ireland’s
best known architects on a wide range of outstanding
projects in the Commercial, Civil, Refurbishment/Façade
Retention, Residential, and Government/Semi-State
construction sectors.
M&P Group is composed of three operating
companies:
M&P Construction
is responsible for the planning, management and
execution of buildings on-programme and on-budget.
Corrmount Partnership
provides comprehensive property development capabilities,
from initial land purchase to design, build, fit-out
and completion.
Walmac
Demolition is responsible for clearing
sites back to Greenfield status, façade
retention, asbestos and hazardous waste removal
and disposal, and related enabling works.
