Comprised of three primary operating companies (M&P Construction, Corrmount Partnership and Walmac Demolition EC Ltd), the Group has shown significant growth in project scale – now working on projects in excess of €40 million – due to its attention to project management, quality control, and health & safety.

	M&P Construction is the project management & construction arm of the Group. We work closely with architects and engineers to develop and construct buildings to the highest quality standards. M&P Construction’s completed projects have become renowned for their quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
	Project Management
	M&P Construction provides the capabilities that are required to complete projects on programme and within budget. Company personnel possess professional skill-sets including civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, purchasing, site management and health & safety capabilities. Our work teams possess the integral skills required to develop and complete specific projects including steel work, concrete, bricklaying, electrical, plumbing and other necessary skill-sets. By integrating these professional capabilities, M&P Construction delivers all turnkey projects to exacting client requirements.
	Fit Out
	Working with clients’ architects and interior designers, M&P Construction provides comprehensive fit out capabilities. Utilising the company’s in-house team of skilled craftsmen, M&P Construction meets the most demanding of specifications, leading to the completion of professionally finished projects.

Corrmount Partnership
For Exceptional Property Development

The Company is focused primarily on residential property development. By providing fully integrated development capabilities – from initial property purchase to design, build, fit-out and completion, the Corrmount Partnership provides ‘turnkey’ capabilities.

The partnership is involved in a wide range of residential property development programmes: from High-end, High-spec single family dwellings, to detached and semi-detached estates, and apartments.
